About Us

Andrew L. Mackerer, Esq., LL.M. Taxation, is managing shareholder of Mackerer Law Offices and focuses his practice in estate planning, tax planning, trust and estate administration, guardianship, and fiduciary and beneficiary representation. He also advises business owners on tax strategies, choosing the right entity, and succession planning and works with non-profit organizations to determine the appropriate entity and tax status, and in obtaining or reinstating tax-exempt status.

Andrew received a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and earned his J.D. from Temple University. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Andrew completed his Estate Planning Certificate and graduated with Distinction from Temple University’s LL.M. Program in Taxation, where he was awarded the Faculty Award Taxation LL.M. for demonstrating outstanding achievement in academic studies at Temple.

Andrew volunteers his time and knowledge for a variety of organizations in the South Jersey and Greater Philadelphia area. He prepares estate planning documents for first responders through the Wills For Heroes program in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and the Wills for Survivors program in Philadelphia. He is an active member of the Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network and on the Board of Directors of the Moorestown Business Association. A past Board Director for the Cornell Club of Greater Philadelphia, he was awarded that organization’s G. Ruhland Rebmann, Jr. Award for outstanding alumni volunteer service in 2017.
